Delivery Policy

At BioVerge™, we know fast and reliable delivery matters. That’s why we’ve partnered with trusted South African couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.


Shipping Locations

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa — to all major cities and towns.
(International shipping will be available soon.)


Delivery Timeframes

  • Main Centres: 3–5 business days

  • Regional / Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this to track your parcel in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.


Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: Free on orders over R500

  • Flat Rate: R99 for orders under R500
    (Fees are automatically calculated at checkout.)


Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bioverge.co.za with photos of the package. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.


Order Processing Delays

During promotional periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volumes. You will be notified of any unexpected delays.
