At BioVerge™, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we make and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

In the same condition that you received it

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Due to hygiene and product safety standards, opened or used supplement bottles cannot be returned or resold.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange a product, email us at contact@bioverge.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank — processing time may vary.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve it immediately by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
